They are the calm faces at registration, the supportive helpers in the practice hall, and the organisers behind the scenes who help everything flow smoothly.

If you enjoy being part of something meaningful, supportive and inspiring — we would love to welcome you onto the IYOGA Fest Dream Team.

What You Receive

As a thank you for your time, care and energy, all successful Team Members receive:

  • Two complimentary IYOGA Fest T-shirts

  • Festival lanyard

  • £45 voucher towards IYOGA Fest 2027 (Teacher Helpers only)

  • 17.5% discount on all IYOGA Festival ticket prices (Set Up & Operations Helpers only - refunded after the festival)

Our Teams

Teacher Helpers

For Level 2 & Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Teachers

Teacher Helpers support the safe and smooth running of the yoga classes. You may be asked to:

  • Demonstrate poses

  • Assist less experienced students

  • Help with props and class setup

  • Assist someone with particular needs (Level 3 teachers only)

Commitment:

  • Assist in one or two classes per day

  • Maximum of 6 classes in total

  • Attend a 30-minute Team briefing on Registration Day from 4pm

Set Up & Operations Helpers

Perfect for those who enjoy being hands-on and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Tasks may include:

  • Setting up spaces and signage

  • Supporting registration and arrivals

  • Stewarding and wayfinding

  • Helping with props and equipment

  • Photography and Video Recording

  • Social Media & Admin

  • General support across the festival

Commitment:

  • Approximately 15–18 hours across the festival

  • Must be available for Set Up Day on Monday 31st August, 11am–5pm

Accommodation & Meals (Setup & Operations Helpers Only)

Overnight accommodation either indoor or camping is provided for Monday night. Lunch & dinner is provided on Monday and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday. After that, all meals are included in the ticket price.
