They are the calm faces at registration, the supportive helpers in the practice hall, and the organisers behind the scenes who help everything flow smoothly.

What You Receive

Our Teams

Teacher Helpers

For Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Teachers

Teacher Helpers support the safe and smooth running of the yoga classes. You may be asked to:

  • Demonstrate poses

  • Assist less experienced students

  • Help with props and class setup

  • Assist someone with particular needs

Commitment:

  • Be available from 11am on Registration day (or join us to help on set up day and get a free night’s accommodation)

  • Assist in a maximum of 1 class per day

  • Tend the help desk for 1 hour per day

Set Up & Operations Helpers

Perfect for those who enjoy being hands-on and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Tasks may include:

  • Setting up spaces and signage

  • Tend the help desk for 1 hour per day

  • Supporting registration and arrivals

  • Stewarding and wayfinding

  • Helping with props and equipment

  • Photography and Video Recording

  • Social Media & Admin

  • General support across the festival

Commitment:

  • Approximately 15–18 hours across the festival

  • Must be available for Set Up Day on Monday 31st August, 11am–5pm

Accommodation & Meals

For those helping with the setup and registration, onsite accommodation either indoor or camping is provided for Monday night. Lunch & dinner is provided on Monday and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday. After that, all meals are included in the ticket price.
